AT&T == Pure Evil
Received this thoughtful note from AT&T:
Dear Michael Luton, Because you’re a valued customer, we’d like to help you save on your monthly bill. By upgrading to Messaging Unlimited, you’ll have unlimited text, picture, …The point of this email is to tell us that we’ve already been put into the unlimited text plan because they’ve eliminated the lower-cost options. Here’s my response.
Dear AT&T, This doesn’t help us save on our monthly bill at all. It just makes it bigger. Apple tried to help us out by introducing iMessage. But you just turned around and screwed us forcing us into a higher priced unlimited text plan. This is evil. This should be criminal.
